Picme provides a photo delivery platform that enables event organizers to distribute event photographs to guests through personalized galleries. The specific features, limits, and usage conditions of each package are described on the pricing page at the time of purchase.
All prices displayed on the Platform are shown in EUR and are exclusive of any applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

Payment is due in full at the time of purchase. Access to the purchased package is granted only after successful payment confirmation.
Picme reserves the right to modify pricing and package offerings at any time. Any such changes will not affect purchases already completed.

Once a Picme package has been purchased, no refunds, partial refunds, or credits will be issued, including but not limited to cases of:

While Picme strives to provide uninterrupted and reliable service, we do not guarantee that the Platform will be error-free or available at all times. Temporary interruptions may occur due to maintenance, updates, or factors beyond our control.
All intellectual property related to the Platform, including but not limited to software, design, branding, and trademarks, remains the exclusive property of Picme.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Picme shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the use of or inability to use the Platform, including loss of data, revenue, or business opportunities.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the applicable jurisdiction determined by Picme, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
